The style I dislike the most is when the headline implies something and when you click through, you find out that it’s not the same thing. This kills trust and isn’t worth the click.

That email letter seems too long, and many readers may not get through till the very end. In my opinion, it would make more sense to place the testimonial closer to the beginning of the message body.
